A large extension to an existing halls of residence in Loughborough. Will Aust Architecture worked closely with the planning department and conservation officer to come up with a vibrant scheme which enhances the character of the conservation area, and respects the adjacent listed Church.



A large contemporary dwelling for a private client in Woodhouse Eaves, Leicestershire, within a conservation area.  The dwelling will be constructed on a complex sloping site, around many existing trees and will feature large open plan spaces and a snooker room at first floor.  Will Aust architecture were appointed to provide a planning application and building regulations application to allow construction to begin on site.



Contemporary extension to a private dwelling in Cropston, Leicestershire.  The extension provides a contemporary living space. This opens up to a large external decking area through a corner bi-folding door.



Re-modeling of an existing dormer bungalow in Sharnford, Leicestshire.  Will Aust Architecture was appointed to provide a planning application and building regulations drawings for an additional 2 bedrooms, large studio room and to give the property a more contemporary appearance. 



Extension and external alterations to an existing dwelling in Kibworth.  The client wanted to increase the size of the house by adding a large garage, utility room and downstairs WC on the ground floor, together with an extra bedroom to the first floor.  Will Aust Architecture provided a measured survey of the existing dwelling, and worked closely with the client to design an extension which, suited their requirements. 



Extensions and alterations to an existing dwelling in Woodhouse Eaves.  The clients wanted to extend and upgrade their existing dwelling to provide a master suite and large kitchen and dining room, as well as giving the property a more contemporary appearance.  The existing dwelling also featured a large garage which sites rather uncomfortably on the front drive, so the design incorporated this with the main dwelling, by linking to a new study built on top of the garage.



The conversion of an existing garage / store into a music room, with a contemporary oak framed glazed extension to provide excellent views of the stunning garden to this Grade II listed property in Sandiacre.  Will Aust Architecture worked closely with the Planning Department and Conservation Officer at Erewash Borough Council during the design of the alterations and extension, to produce a design that would complement and enhance the existing dwelling.
